YIFA VALVE company have sent a batch of F4 non-rising stem gate valves to Europe in recently. After receiving the goods, the customer was very satisfied with the product performance & spraying color RAL5005. Now enclose the F4 gate valve&introduce the product:
The disc of the gate valve is the gate disc, and the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid's.The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled.by thread position of the valve stem,it can be divided into 2 types : O&Y gate valve and non-rising stem gate valve.
The stem nut is set on the gate plate, and the rotation of the hand wheel drives the valve stem to rotate, and the gate plate is lifted. This kind of valve is called a rotary stem gate valve or a non rising stem gate valve. The stem nut is in the valve body and is in direct contact with the medium. When opening and closing the gate, it is realized by rotating the valve stem.
The advantages of non-rising gate valve’s structure:
1.Small fluid resistance,the sealing surface is less brushed and eroded by the medium.
2. The opening and closing is less labor-saving.
3. The flow direction of the medium is not restricted,and the pressure is not reduced.
4. Shortly structure length,well manufacturing process &casting process ,widely application range.
5. unchanged its height, small space, so it is suitable for large diameter or limited installation space.
The attention of installation and maintenance about the gate valve:
1. Hand wheel, handles and transmission mechanisms are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collisions are strictly prohibited.
2. The double disc gate valve should be installed vertically (that is, the valve stem is in the vertical position and the hand wheel is on the top).
3. The gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the product instruction manual.
4. If the valve is often used on and off, lubricate it at least once a month.
